This project involves the renovation of a 10,000 square-foot primary care health facility within an existing building. The scope includes the demolition of an old facility to make way for a modernized healthcare space. The renovation features multiple new offices, along with three designated restroom locations for both men and women. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a 1,000-square-foot shell space designated for storage.

As part of the renovation, new plumbing lines were installed to support the updated restrooms and facility needs. The project also required a new electrical system, including wiring upgrades and the installation of a comprehensive security system to ensure the safety and functionality of the healthcare environment.
